Delete your Kingdom of Bad Ideas account

How to ask

1. Email support@kingdomofbadideas.com from the address you sign in with.
2. Use the subject "Delete my account".
3. We will confirm by email once your account is deleted.

What is deleted

Your account and everything tied to it: your email address, display name, card collection, decks, characters and purchases. Deleted items and purchases cannot be restored.

What is kept, and for how long

We delete your personal information within 30 days of your request. Match records that no longer identify you may be kept to balance the Game.
